Mac Davis, 78, American singer-songwriter ("Baby, Don't Get Hooked on Me", "It's Hard to Be Humble") and actor (North Dallas Forty), complications from heart surgery
The surname Davis in origin means “son of David”, a name that breaks down into a cryptic “day vid” with the etymology of “Vid” being “to see”, and then Mac deciphers into “big”,... so “big day see”!! Note from his wiki page:
- Morris Mac Davis (January 21, 1942 – September 29, 2020)
My daughter also celebrates her birthday on January 21. A definite prompt to investigate him further. Note this excerpt from his wiki page:
"I Believe in Music", often considered to be Davis's signature song, was recorded by several artists (including Marian Love, B.J. Thomas, Louis Jordan, Perry Como, Helen Reddy, and Davis himself) before it finally became a success in 1972 for the group Gallery.
Note among the list is Helen Reddy, who also passed away yesterday, and is the subject of my previous post!! Also, Davis is an addition to the remove a letter makes a word pattern cluster, and so making “Avis”— to fly, that adds to the communication: “big day see fly”!!
