Continuing on, note from my previous post:

The portion of his Title highlighted contains a cryptic  “brown lady big”.  On perusing the list of current House Representatives wiki page, in search of a “big brown lady”, I arrived at:

First of all, her name stands out— Maxine being a cryptic “max”, meaning “big”, and she’s big in other ways:

She is the most senior of the twelve black women currently serving in Congress, and she chaired the Congressional Black Caucus from 1997 to 1999

Her Surname is an addtion to the “Remove a Letter Makes a Word” pattern cluster... hence making “water”.  That the word water crops up now is meaningful given the following from my previous post:

• 1971 – Bobby Jones, American golfer and lawyer (b. 1902)

The surname Jones makes “ones” when removing the “J” and so together with his first name makes “bob/rob ones”. 

The name Robert can be shortened to nick names that are also words: rob (to steal) and bob (to float or to cut short).  The names are strategic design influences that connect to Rob MacGregor, a key player (antagonist) in the inner twin worlds Starr Family Production.  Rob MacGregor for one, is a thief— robbing the voice of the inner twin world who have approached him.   As you can understand, this is as influenced, he is only playing the part as influenced by his inner twin, and his name was purposely designed to reflect his part.  Rob also lives in Florida with his wife Trish and daughter Megan, and as the inner twin world has also communicated, Florida is in danger of falling into the sea.  I won’t give all the details except to say that this is supported by expert findings that I’ve included in many of my posts if you care to explore.

Note from Maxine Waters wiki page:

Maxine Moore Waters (née Carr, August 15, 1938) ... max more water car

Her middle name and birth name Carr are also additions to the cluster, removing a letter from each makes “more” and “car”.  We now have the cryptic communication: max more water car.
