White House to /[ö]\ House, PART 23

The main Representative of each US State are the “Governor’s” and so I decided to begin an investigation of each using Wikipedia’s site: list of U.S. state representatives.  I decided to make a record only the birth and/or death dates that stood out and the first to do so was Georgia’s
Brian Porter Kemp (born November 2, 1963)
His birthday is an addition to the “Timely” pattern cluster given 2 others in my previous post:
A “November 2(x3)” pattern cluster, a perfect hand (according to the rules).  This is also a prompt to investigate further, so I continued with the Georgia wiki page, note this excerpt that stood out:
On 5 February 1958, during a training mission flown by a B-47, a Mark 15 nuclear bomb, also known as the Tybee Bomb, was lost off the coast of Tybee Island near Savannah
On the Tybee Bomb wiki page, I found this tidbit about the incident interesting:
... nuclear weapon (specifically, a Mark 15 hydrogen bomb
I would have otherwise assumed it to have been an atomic bomb.  I consider this a prompt, mentioned on the hydrogen bomb wiki page is the Smyth Report:
The Smyth Report (officially Atomic Energy for Military Purposes) is the common name of an administrative history written by American physicist Henry DeWolf Smyth about the Manhattan Project,...
Note the “de wolf” in his name... a twin heads up!!  Note from Smyth’s wiki page:
Henry DeWolf "HarrySmyth (May 1, 1898 – September 11, 1986)
And his nickname adds to the cryptic communication:  “hairy de wolf”.  And keep in mind that the wolf is related to the dog, so an addition to the recent “Dog Theme” pattern cluster.  His date of birth and death are meaningful.  First, his date of  death connects to recent US history re the attacks of September 11. As for his “May 1” birthday, note the following from my recent November 1 post, Thalamic Bridge:
I made a comment to a June 27, 2017 CBC article on Krista and Tatiana Hogan, Inseparable: Ten Years Joined At The Head.  My comment:
The thalamus can function as another type of bridge other than between twin brains.  Fact: the  only  two  persons  mentioned on the Thalamus Wikipedia page passed away on the same day:
—Wilhelm His Sr. (9 July 1831 – 1 May 1904)
—Sergei Korsakoff ( January 22, 1854  – May 1, 1900)
This  is not coincidence, it’s strategic.
Fact: "May 1" is phonetically Identical "May won".  My first name is May, making this that much more meaningful,  This is a cryptic communication:  “I ... , May, won  THIS discovery— the thalamus is a bridge between our outer twin world and the inner twin world!!
