White House to /[ö]\ House, PART 18

Note the following information regarding recent additions to Wikipedia’s Death’s in 2019 site:
First of all, note the cryptic communication via “Make a Stand”!!  And this jives with the above name Chang— an addition to the “Add a Letter Makes a Word” pattern cluster... hence making “change”!!  Their birthdays are an addition to a cluster found in yesterdays post, Part 16:
 “March 1(x2), 2(x4), 3, 4(x3), 5, 6, 7, ...,10,  11,__, 13, __, 15, __, 17(x2), 18, 19(x2), __, 21, ..., 25, 26(x2), ..., 29, 30, 31/ Date Sequence” pattern cluster
Note the following regarding two other recent additions to Wikipedia’s Death’s in 2019 site:
First of all, both were born on the same day... a day that’s an addition to the “Off By One” pattern cluster, given that May 16 is the Birthday of Rob MacGregor, a key player (antagonist) along with his wife Trish, in the inner twin world’s Starr Family Production.  And now note the  cryptic “Robert/Rob/Bob God Shall” found in the first name, a definite finger pointing in the direction of Rob MacGregor!! And in the second name we have a cryptic “yes I don den”!!   This is a prompt for us to investigate the May 15 wiki page, using the formula and taking into consideration the “one off” curve ball.  Perusing the names in the list of Notable Deaths on the May 15 wiki page, one name caught my eye/i, note from his wiki page:
His surname Semper being a cryptic short way of saying “distemper” which is an addition to the recent “Dog Theme” pattern cluster.  And, his birthday is an addition to the “Timely” pattern cluster given that November 29 is only 3 days away.

Note the following info regarding two notable persons mentioned in the History section of the Distemper wiki page:
Edward Jenner (17 May 1749 – 26 January 1823) Sir Patrick Playfair Laidlaw (28 September 1881 – 19 March 1940)
We now have a “May 15(x3), 16, 17/Date Sequence” Pattern Cluster.    And expansion:
 “March 1(x2), 2(x4), 3, 4(x3), 5, 6, 7, ...,10,  11,__, 13, __, 15, __, 17(x2), 18, 19(x3), __, 21, ..., 25, 26(x2), ..., 29, 30, 31/ Date Sequence” pattern cluster
