What stands out regarding the above, is the place name— Redding, meaningful given that it’s an addition to the recent “Red” pattern cluster.  Note this excerpt from the Redding California wiki page:
During the gold rush, the area that now comprises Redding was called Poverty Flats. In 1868 the first land agent for the Central Pacific Railroad, a former Sacramento politician named Benjamin Bernard Redding, bought property ...
Note from Benjamin Redding’s wiki page:
  • Benjamin Barnard Redding (January 17, 1824 – August 21, 1882)
Note the following info re the list of notable persons in Redding:
Ryan O'Callaghan  (born July 19, 1983) – NFL football player
TODAY is his birthday!!  Another addition to the “Timely” pattern cluster.   There’s a reason why the inner twin world has led us here, a prompt for us to investigate Ryan’s wiki page. Ryan’s wiki page reveals that he has come out as gay... meaningful since I am also gay.  Note this excerpt from his wiki page:
Homosexuality in American football
Of the notable persons mentioned on the site’s wiki page, one stands out:
  • Gerald Thomas Smith (July 19, 1943 – October 15, 1986)
TODAY is also Smith’s birthday... a “July 19(x3)” pattern cluster!!!
Benjamin Redding’s date of death is an addition to the “Timely” pattern cluster... given that it’s an addition to a cluster found in my previous post, expanding it into a:
  • “August 4, ..., 8, ..., 18, __20, 21, __, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27(x2), 28, __, 30(x2), 31/Date Sequence “ pattern cluster
There’s no doubt in my mind that we’re now being prompted to investigate the July 19 wiki page.  Using the formula as per usual brings us to the deaths section and then to 1999 and 2000... which aren’t shown — in other words, no notable deaths occurred in either year.  This is unusual, butt it does happen, and is another strategic design, one that prompts us outside the box— looking for any names just above and below where 1999 and 2000 would other wise be in the list that stands out, and I arrive at:
2009  Frank McCourt, American author and educator (b. 1930)
His name stands out — a cryptic “frank court” ... that jives with the above surname “Smith”... strategically designed to bring to mind a heated court battle that I was involved in, the judge presiding being Associate Chief Justice Deborah K. Smith.  Note from Frank’s wiki page:
  • Francis McCourt (August 19, 1930 – July 19, 2009)
And so the cluster expands, bridging another gap:
“August 4, ..., 8, ..., 18, 19, 20, 21, __, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27(x2), 28, __, 30(x2), 31/Date Sequence “ pattern cluster
