Frank Truth & The Big Tou Do

Two clusters stand out prominently with yesterdays post:
  •  “May 23(x3)/222” pattern-cluster
  • “Names Ending in ‘o’” pattern-cluster
I consider this a prompt to visit the May 23 wiki page, applying the formula to the deaths section as per usual brings us to notable persons who passed away in 1999 and 2000, butt this time, because of the second cluster— Names Ending in ‘o’” pattern-cluster, I perused the list for the first name with an “o” ending that crops up either before or after 1999/2000:
His surname breaks down into a cryptic phrase “ton-to do”... aka “big to do”.  And so now I’m curious as to the etymology (original meaning) of his first name Xavier:
Xavier: Derived from the Basque place name Etxeberria meaning "the new house".
The New House definitely fitz!! Note from his wiki page:
  •  Xavier Tondo Volpini (5 November 1978 – 23 May 2011)
TODAY is November 5th... his birthday!!   The  site also mentions a famous person with the name, note the following info from his wiki page:
Francis Xavier (7 April 1506 – 3 December 1552)
His date of death is also an addition to a cluster from one of yesterdays post, expanding it now into:
  • “September 3, __, __, December 3(x4), January 3, February 3, March 3,__, May 3/ 3rd Day, Month Sequence” pattern-cluster.
And two down from Tondo in the list is another notable person with “o” ending their name:
  • 2013  Epy Guerrero, Dominican baseball player, coach, and scout (b. 1942)
Note from his wiki page:
  •  Epifanio Obdulio "Epy" Guerrero (January 3, 1942 - May 23, 2013
His birthday expands the cluster again:
  • “September 3, __, __, December 3(x4), January 3(x2), February 3, March 3,__, May 3/ 3rd Day, Month Sequence” pattern-cluster.
