Cotton May

The Deaths in 2018 site lists under September 17:
His film Cotton Mary stands out given that it was released in 1999, and because the name “Mary” is an addition to the “Remove a Letter Makes a Word” pattern-cluster— as in remove the “r” makes “May”... which also happens to be my first name.  As well, just recently I mentioned to my partner that we need to return to good old fashion “cotton” sheets... no more of this “Egyptian cotton with a gazillion threads” that tear after a couple years!!  So again an addition to the “Timely” pattern-cluster.  Note from the films wiki page:
Note the following info on the two who make up Merchant Ivory:
  • James Francis Ivory (born June 7, 1928)
  • Ismail Merchant (25 December 1936 – 25 May 2005)
Ivory shares the same birthday  as Trish MacGregor, another key player in the inner twin worlds “Starr Family Production”.  Ivory’s first and middle names break down into a cryptic “jams frank/truth”.
Rethe film Cotton Mary:

his role as Lieutenant Jim Dangle on the Comedy Central series Reno 911

A “January 20, __, March 20, __, May 20, __, July 20, August 20/ 20th Day, Month Sequence” pattern-cluster.   Bridging the June 20 gap using the formula we arrive at:
  • Cahit Külebi (20 December 1917 – 20 June 1997)
  • Clifton Paul "KipFadiman (May 15, 1904 – June 20, 1999)
And the cluster expands:
“January 20, __, March 20, __, May 20, June 20, July 20, August 20, ..., December 20/ 20th Day, Month Sequence” pattern-cluster.
And because September 14 factors in re Robert Garlands (aka grants) birthday, this is a prompt for us to  investigate  the 2018 Deaths site under September 14:
Louise Johanna "Anneke" Grönloh (7 June 1942 – 14 September 2018)
Carlos Aurelio Rubira Infante (16 September 1921 – 14 September 2018)
The two stand out for obvious reasons, and we have another prompt to investigate who passed away recently on September 16:
