The Deaths in 2018 site lists under September 15:

Kirin Kiki, 75, Japanese actress (Ballad of Orin, The Triple Cross, Half a Confession), breast cancer

Her initials being K.K. (Aka 11.11.— letter K being the 11th letter), is our first heads up, and then her surname Ki/Ki being a “twinning” is an addition to the “Twin Theme” pattern-cluster.

Kirin Kiki (15 January 1943 – 15 September 2018)  

Note her birthday and day of death fall on the 15th— a “15th Day” pattern-cluster.   And its an addition to a cluster recorded in my September 14 post, Getz Gruntz, expanding it into a:

 “January 15(x4), February 15, ..., June 15 , July 15, August 15, September 15(x2), October 15, November 15, __ / 15th Day, Month Sequence” pattern-cluster.  

January 15 is also the birthday of both my son and life partner who are born 22 years apart to the day,.  Also a strategic design influence is the fact most of my immediate family members were born in January on uneven day.  Also included in the cluster is another 15th day that cropped up in my previous post:

 Italo Calvino  ( 15 October 1923 – 19 September 1985) 

Since none of Kiki’s films were released during a year with 3 identical numbers at the end (as per one formula), I was left to examine her list of film titles in search of our next lead:

• Rainbow Kids (1991) as Kura Nakamura

The title stands out because just this morning I was playing with my grandson and his little tot train set, part of the set that we put up is a “rainbow” designed to arch over the track... so a “Rainbow/kids” pattern-cluster.  So this is an addition to the “Timely” pattern-cluster.  And also note the year of the film 1991, where the 19 and 91 are an addition to the “Opposite/Reversal” pattern-cluster.  Note the following information from the films wiki page:

And so another addition to the cluster and to the “Targeting Family birthdays” pattern-cluster;

Obviously the January dates continue to dominate the scene.   And then Ogata’s Date of death is an addition to a cluster found in my previous post, expanding it now into an:

• “October 5,  7,  9(x2), 11, 13, 15, 17, ..., 25(x4) / Uneven Number Date Sequence” pattern-cluster

As well, two of the above dates generate a:

• “March 23, __, May 21/ Date Sequence” pattern cluster .
