Charlie’s African Queen

Last night we sat down to watch, “Christmas Fury”, filmed in Newfoundland, and featuring comedian/actress, Mary Walsh, butt it wasn’t going to be on for another half hour so I perused the list of other shows that we could watch until then.  We settled on the last half hour of, The African Queen, starring Humphrey Bogart and Katherine Hepburn.  Shortly into the film I realized that Bogart played the part of a man named “Charlie”, and so connecting to my previous post... and to the “Charlie” pattern-cluster.  It’s also interesting to note that there has also been a recent “Katherine” pattern-cluster.
The character name Rose Sayer stands out big time — Rose being an addition to the recent “Colour Theme” pattern-cluster, and her surname also speaks volumes!!  Note from their wiki pages, and note the films Release Date:
  • Humphrey DeForest Bogart (December 25, 1899 – January 14, 1957)
  • Katharine Houghton Hepburn (May 12, 1907 – June 29, 2003)
Release date
  • December 23, 1951
Bogart was born on Christmas Day... and keep in mind as well that our Prime Minister here in Canada was also born on Christmas Day... as was his brother two years later!!  And note from my previous post:
  • Deep Roy (born Mohinder Purba1 December 1957),
  • AnnaSophia Robb (born December 8, 1993)
  • Elizabeth Gleadle (11 December 1921 – 24 December 2016),
  • Brad Alan Grey (December 29, 1957 – May 14, 2017)  Director
  • Richard Darryl Zanuck (December 13, 1934 – July 13, 2012)  Producer
Deep Roy’s birthday connects to Mundell Lowe’s birthday, generating a “December 1, 2, __/ Date Sequence” pattern-cluster.   And note how their names connect: Deep and Low... definitely a cryptic reference to “water”!!   This group of December dates stand out because it is  the most prolific— 6 Decembers among the cast/crew, with the 5 February Dates coming in second .  Zanuck’s birthday stands out in that December 13 is the date of my car crash in 2000– a pivotal event that enabled me to become aware of the inner twin world for the first time.  Some of their names stand out...ie:  Grey due to the recent “Grey/Coulour” pattern-cluster, and Gleadle is a cryptic “glee ladle”... which jives somewhat with “bucket” in that it’s designed used to hold “liquid”.
And now for the rest of the cast/crew of The African Queen, and don’t forget to compare the dates with those found on my previous post:
