About Bad Car... Pray/Prey

The Deaths in 2017 site lists under November 2:

• Aboubacar Somparé, 73, Guinean politician, Interim President (2008), President of the National Assembly (2002–2008)

What strikes me is his first name, the cryptic phrase with: “about bad car”.... and then his surname: “some pair parents pray/prey”.  Note from his wiki page:

• El Hajj Aboubacar Somparé (31 August 1944 – 2 November 2017)
