Close enough to where the MacGregor's live in Wellington Florida, and since Rob MacGregor has cropped up a number of times as of late, I consider this a heads up.  So on investigating further, note the following info in regards to the current Mayor of  West Palm Beach:

• Geraldine "Jeri" Muoio (born February 14, 1948) 

His birthday is an addition to the "Notable Day" pattern-cluster given that it's Valentine's Day.  On Muoio's wiki page only one other notable person is mentioned:

• described as the "hand picked successor" of outgoing Mayor Lois Frankel

• Lois Jane Frankel (born May 16, 1948) 

Note his birthday and then note this excerpt from my earlier post today, Bob's Bright Birch: 

• 2011 – Rick Rypien (May 16, 1984 – August 15, 2011) ice hockey player 

  As for Rypien's birthday, note from my recent October 6 post, :

• 1999 – James C. Murray  (May 16, 1917 – October 19, 1999) politician 

Murray's birthday is also the birthday of Rob MacGregor, another key player in the inner twin worlds Starr Family Production.  

And then there's the cryptic phrase in the name, Lois Jane Frankel : "low is young frank/truth elle/her".
