I had been sitting on it for awhile... was going to investigate further, butt didn't... and then forgot, and  they waited 4 days before reminding.  So I better get on it.  Note from the February 13 wiki page:

And so we have another addition to the "44/4444 Identical Number Sequence" pattern-cluster.  And February 13 is an addition to the "Off By One" pattern cluster, as in one off from Valentines Day... the day of love, a heads up-- a "one off curve ball" thrown our way that now serves to expand the formula, that brings us to the intended notable person born on September 13, 1887 (one off from 1888):
