Why Care?!

The Deaths in 2017 site has recently added to its list, Enzo Bettiza, note from his wiki page:

• Vincenzo Bettiza (6 July 1927 - 29 July 2017) 

His date of birth stands out given the following from my previous post, Peach's and Leon's (UPDATE):

•  Thomas Leo McCarey (October 3, 1898 – July 5, 1969) 

And now note from this blogs header:

 On July 4th, 3 Of the first "5" US Presidents had died: Jefferson "5" hours before Adams, and Monroe "5" years later on the "55th" Independence Day

So we now have a "July 4(x2), 5, 6/ Date Sequence" pattern-cluster.  And then we also have the cryptic phrase in the name re "twin Leo Mc/Son Care why"... and of course this also has MacGregor's written all over it!!
