The Deaths in 2017 site lists under May 16:
Note from Sautet's wiki page:
Douglas Duane Somerson (September 22, 1951 – May 16, 2017)Note from my previous post:
We now have a "__, August 22, September 22/ 22nd Day, Month Sequence" pattern-cluster. Cutting to the chase we arrive at:
- Petar Toshev Mladenov (22 August 1936 – 31 May 2000)
His surname is an addition to the "Remove a Letter Makes a Word" pattern-cluster... as in remove the "t" makes "sauté", and if you think it doesn't count due to the accent over the é , note the etymology and think again:
- 2000 – Claude Sautet, French director and screenwriter (b. 1924)
And so it's also an addition to the prolific "Cook/Hot... Theme" pattern-cluster... a cluster that's synonymous with the "heating" that's happening at the bottom of the ocean (as discussed in my first post today: Florida in Danger (UPDATE)). And in fact, Douglas' surname Somerson is a cryptic "summer sun"... and so also an addition to the cluster.
- saute (n.) 1813, from French sauté, literally "jumped, bounced" (in reference to tossing continually while cooking),
Note from Sautet's wiki page:
Note his birthday and then note the following from my previous post:
- Claude Sautet (23 February 1924 – 22 July 2000)
- "February 22, 23, _, 25(x2)/ Date Sequence" pattern-cluster.
- 2016 – Peter Kenilorea, Solomon Islands politician, 1st Prime Minister of the Solomon Islands (b. 1943)
- Sir Peter Kenilorea (23 May 1943 – 24 February 2016)
