Wooden Logboat

K-plunk: Part 3

The University of Hull is situated in Kingston upon Hull and so this opens up a whole new venue.  On the city's wiki page one thing catches my eye-- the Hasholme Logboat on display in the Hull Museum.  The main reason it stands out has to do with it being a "boat" and so another addition to the recent "Boat/Fisher Theme" pattern-cluster (along with helm and hull). As well, on the June 4 wiki page (as per my previous post investigation), something had caught my eye that seemed to be another addition to the cluster, butt it was vague, so I didn't follow up on it ... until now:
So his surname "Wooden"  reminded me of "wooden boats"... not to mention the recent "Pinnochio" pattern-cluster.  And now we arrive  "Logboat", which now causes me to reconsider John Wooden.  Note from the wiki page of the Hasholme Logboat and John Wooden:
  • The hull of the Hasholme Logboat was made out of an oak tree
  • John Robert Wooden (October 14, 1910 – June 4, 2010)
Wooden's birthday stands out, note from my previous post:
We now have an "October 12, _, 14/ Date Sequence" pattern-cluster.  In the first section of the  Kingston upon Hull wiki page, the first notable person mentioned had also stood out:
  • Edward I (17/18 June 1239 – 7 July 1307)
If you read my posts in this series, you'll see why his birthday stands out!!
