The Deaths in 2016 site lists under November 13:
It's interesting to note the cryptic phrase in his name, an English/French combination: low rent ...no dry I ...poke ou (French ou- where)/Poe kou (french cou= neck; coup-cut).
One theory dating from 1872 suggests that cooping was the cause of Poe's death, a form
of electoral fraud in which citizens were forced to vote for a particular candidate, sometimes leading to violence and even murder.[76]
- Laurent Pokou, 69, Ivorian footballer (Rennes)
His date of birth stands out, especially considering the following excerpts from yesterdays post, Mahogany Wood, Mahogany Would:
- Laurent N'Dri Pokou (10 August 1947 – 13 November 2016)
- Carl Linnaeus(/23 May 1707 – 10 January 1778)
- Joseph Gerhard Zuccarini (10 August 1797 – 18 February 1848)
Linnaeus was born on the day of the year that has 222 remaining, and Zucccarini was born on the 222nd day of the year!! SO TWO additions to the "222 Identical Number Sequence" pattern-cluster... and keep in mind that sequences of 2's are a particular inner twin trademark signature.Pokou's was 'timely'-- part of the inner twin world's "Starr Family Production".

- Edgar Allan Poe (Edgar Poe; January 19, 1809 – October 7, 1849)
One theory dating from 1872 suggests that cooping was the cause of Poe's death, a form
of electoral fraud in which citizens were forced to vote for a particular candidate, sometimes leading to violence and even murder.[76]
Cooping was a form of electoral fraud in the United States during the 19th century by which unwilling participants were forced to vote, often several times over, for a particular candidate in an election.[1] Generally these innocent bystanders would be grabbed off the street by so-called 'cooping gangs' or 'election gangs' working on the payroll of a political candidate, and they would be kept in a room, called the "coop", and given alcoholic beverages in order for them to comply. If they refused to cooperate, they would be beaten or even killed. Often their clothing would be changed to allow them to vote multiple times. Sometimes the victims would be forced to wear disguises such as wigs, fake beards or mustaches to prevent them from being recognized by voting officials at polling stations. The election occurring shortly before Poe's death:
The United States presidential election of 1848 was the 16th quadrennial presidential election, held on Tuesday, November 7, 1848. It was won by Zachary Taylor of the Whig Party, who ran against Lewis Cass of the Democratic Party and former President Martin Van Buren of the newly-formed Free Soil Party.
My mother was born on November 23 and passed away November 23, so we have 2 additions to the "Off By One" pattern cluster.
- Zachary Taylor (November 24, 1784 – July 9, 1850
- Lewis Cass (October 9, 1782 – June 17, 1866
- Martin Van Buren ( December 5, 1782 – July 24, 1862
