Hillary Takes the High Ground in O Hi O

continuing on from my previous post where Ohio shares the limelight towards the end,  it suddenly occurred to me-- the cryptic phrase re: "O hi Oin "Ohio".  Keep in mind that "O" is phonetically identical to "eau", the French word for "water" ... and "hi" is phonetically identical to "High".  This deciphering enables the phrase to become clearer:  "Water High Water".   As well, "hi" is which is another way of saying "hello", and if you decipher "hello" in similar fashion we get "hell water".   Now this could be figurative and/or literal... Ohio has had floods in the past.

So I googled "Ohio News" to see what's up.  Note the first thing Google brought up:
