Hunts, Hunter and Good Will Hunting

A couple of weeks ago I noticed that Good Will Hunting is available on Netflix and I've been thinking that I'd like to watch it again sometime even though I'm not a big fan of watching a movie twice.  I decided to Hold off, knowing that my father was due to come for a  weeks stay and I thought it would be nice to watch it together.

So my father arrives and after a bit we moved into the living room and I select the film, and it was then that it occurred to me that "Hunting" in the film title is an addition to the recent "Hunter/Huntz Theme" pattern-cluster,  note the titles of my last two posts:
Note the first sentence on the Good Will Hunting wiki page:
Good Will Hunting is a 1997 American drama film directed by Gus Van Sant, and starring Robin WilliamsMatt DamonBen AffleckMinnie Driverand Stellan Skarsgård
Note from the respective wiki pages of those mentioned:

  • Gus Green Van Sant, Jr. (born July 24, 1952)
  • Robin McLaurin Williams (July 21, 1951 – August 11, 2014)

  • Stellan John Skarsgård (born 13 June 1951)
  • Matthew Paige "MattDamon (October 8, 1970)
  • Benjamin Geza Affleck-Boldt (born August 15, 1972)
  • Amelia Fiona "Minnie" J. Driver (born 31 January 1970
All of the dates stand out for one reason or another.  Stellan's birthday, June 13, is also my birthday; The birthdays of Robin and Gus generates a "July 21, __, __, 24/Date Sequence" pattern-cluster, which is particularly meaningful given the following from yesterday's post,  The Inside Pulse on Tab Hunter's Hunter :
  • Van Heflin(December 13, 1908[1] – July 23, 1971)
  • Mickey Shaughnessy(August 5, 1920 – July 23, 1985)
  • Bernard Whalen "Bert" Convy(July 23, 1933 – July 15, 1991)
So my mother,  Shaugnessy and Van Heflin passed away on Convy's birthday, hence generating a "July 23 (x4)" pattern-cluster
And note the following excerpts from my previous post,  4 Journalists Die in 2 Days: Huntz:
  • Karl Frederick Dallas (29 January 1931 – 21 June 2016)
  • Benoîte Groult(January 31, 1920 – June 20, 2016
Their birthdays generate a "January 29, __, 31/ Date Sequence" pattern-cluster
  • Henry Richard "Huntz" Hall(August 15, 1920[1]– January 30, 1999)
  • Edward Joseph "Ed" Herlihy(August 14, 1909 – January 30, 1999[1])
Their birthdays generate an "August 14, 15, __/Date Sequence" pattern-cluster.  More homework!!
So both clusters together withAmelia's and Ben's birthdays,  expand now into :  "January 29, __, 31(x2)/ Date Sequence" pattern-cluster and an August 14, 15(x2), __/Date Sequence" pattern-cluster.

As for Matt Damon's date of birth, note from my June 20th post, No Summer Solstice = Honeymoon Over?!:
We now have a "December 8 (x5)" pattern-cluster in the works, and a "May 8 (x2), June 8, July 8, August 8, September 8, October 8 , __, December 8 (x5)/ 8th Day, Date Sequence" pattern-cluster.
I recollect mentioning that the month of October is a cryptic "8" given that October means 8 and used to be the 8th month.

Note this next excerpt from Good Will Hunting wiki page:
Release dates

The "Bruin" is an addition to the recent "Brown" pattern-cluster.  Note the etymology:
bruin (n.)"bear," late 15c., from Middle Dutch Bruin, name of the bear in "Reynard the Fox" fables; literally "brown;" cognate with Old English brun (see brown (adj.)).
Note from yesterday's post re,  The Inside Pulse on Tab Hunter's Hunter :
There was nothing recorded in 1999 or 2000 in the Deaths Section which is unusual, butt it makes sense when you consider the recent "8th Day, Date Sequence" pattern-cluster and the year he was born re 1888.  His name also jives, Tom in origin meaning "twin" and so an addition to the "Twin Things" pattern-cluster-- a particular inner twin trade mark signature.  And as for "Brown", this is an addition to the recent "Colour" pattern-cluster.  Keep in mind the recent "Beaver/Bear" pattern-cluster-- both words come from the same source that originally meant "brown".
