Chips Moman RIIP: The Day The Music Didn't Die

The Deaths in 2016 site lists under June 13:

'Audd' name Chips, especially considering the "Chippendale" of my previous post.   "Note from his wiki page:
  • Lincoln Wayne "Chips" Moman (June 12, 1937 – June 13, 2016)
He died one day after his birthday, generating a "__,June 12, 13, __/ Date Sequence" pattern-cluster.

One of the notable persons mentioned in the excerpt stands out: Waylon Jennings.  It's his name Waylon, because it's a cryptic a combination of  "wailing"(slang) and "way long".   And there is a mysterious episode that haunted his life, as described by the "Day the Music Died" wiki page:
Richardson had contracted flu during the tour and asked Waylon Jennings for his seat on the plane. When Holly learned that Jennings was not going to fly, he said in jest: "Well, I hope your ol' bus freezes up." Jennings responded: "Well, I hope your ol' plane crashes", a humorous but ill-fated response that haunted him for the rest of his life.[10]
So due to a simple change in seating, Waylon's music lived on.  Note from his wiki page:
Waylon Arnold Jennings (June 15, 1937 – February 13, 2002)
So the cluster expands into a  "__,June 12, 13, __, 15/ Date Sequence" pattern-cluster , letting us know which gap to bridge.
