Tom Lysiak RIIP: K

The Deaths in 2016 site lists under May 30th:
Tom Lysiak, 63, Canadian ice hockey player (Atlanta FlamesChicago Blackhawksnational team), leukemia.
His name means "twin" in origin and so an addition to the "Twin Things" pattern-cluster.  Note from his wiki page:
Thomas James Lysiak (April 22, 1953 – May 30, 2016)
His date of birth is an addition to the "Off By One" pattern cluster as in one off from the 111th day of the year.

Note this next excerpt from his wiki page:
In each of his last two seasons atMedicine Hat, Lysiak was awarded the Bob Clarke Trophy
The surname  Clarke has cropped up a number of times in the last few days, and to name butt one: Lorne Clarke (November 22, 1928 – May 21, 2016), and then from yesterdays post, Bruce Gernon's Psychic Ability...or... Sir Arthur Charles Clarke (16 December 1917 – 19 March 2008); and thirdly, in my May 23 post: William Clarke, Jr. (born May 4, 1991); and for a fourth, note the title of my May 18 post: The Tom Clark Journalist Wriggle and Hop Tou It!!

There is a cryptic phrase in his name re Tom Lysiak re "twin lie see a K"... the letter k is the 11th letter of the alphabet, sharing the same key as !!
