Interestingly enough the word "Lemon" and "Yellow" has a cryptic connection to Rob MacGregor. Simply key "lemon" into this blogs search box and you'll see the many examples, such as: Liberal Red Win & Blue Jay Win (Part 3): Bob Lemon and Jack McKeon's Florida 'Key'. Note from Lemon's wiki page:
The surname Temperley also stands out, a cryptic "temper clearing". There are a few definitions for the word temper ie, a "state of mind": bad temper and good temper; and then there's tempered steel-- to fashion in such a way as to obtain maximum hardness. And it also can be short for "temperature", which makes more sense considering the topic as of late has to do with water temperatures rising.
So maybe lemon and temper are meant to go together, lemons being "sour/bitter" and "yellow" are two words that describe a bitter/sour/coward. Hey, I'm just the messenger!!!
Note from Temperley's wiki page:
- Joe Temperley, 86, Scottish saxophonist
He first achieved prominence in the United Kingdom as a member ofHumphrey Lyttelton's band from 1958-1965. In 1965, he moved to New York City where he performed and/or recorded with Woody Herman...Note from the wiki pages of the two mentioned:
They are the first 2 other notable persons mentioned on Temperley's wiki page . Lyttelton was born on the 222nd day of the year hence an addition to the "Identical Number Sequence" pattern-cluster. Woody was born on May 16, which happens to be Rob MacGregor's birthday (he also factors in my earlier post today, Michael Ratner RIIP: Two Hearts). Rob along with his wife Trish and daughter Megan are key players in the "Starr Family Production" and so they do crop up every now and then. In fact, the first post in this blog concerns the MacGregor's who inspired me to branch off from my Toumai Blog to start this one.
- Humphrey Richard Adeane Lyttelton (23 May 1921 – 25 April 2008)
- Woodrow Charles"Woody" Herman (May 16, 1913 – October 29, 1987)
Note this next excerpt:
- Temperley released several albums as a leader, including Nightingale(1991) with Brian Lemon

He was born on the 11th day and died on the 11th day... and Temperley died on the 11th day. So we have an "11th Day"pattern-cluster in the works. I'm also reminded of 9/11... the day of the year where 111 days remain!
- Brian Lemon (11 February 1937 – 11 October 2014)
