His birthday and date of death generates a "May 11, June 11, ____/Date Sequence" pattern-cluster.   Note this next excerpt from Varian's wiki page: 

So to bridge the gap, we need to investigate the July 11 wiki page, and as per usual in a case like this we need to limit our search by investigating only the years having 3 identical number at the end:

• 1999 – Helen Forrest, American singer and actress (b. 1917)

Her last name stands out, especially considering the following excerpt from my earlier post today re, Khalid Mithu RIIP: The Seventh Seal: 

The Deaths in 2016 site lists under March 7:

• Khalid Mahmood Mithu, 55, Bangladeshi film director (Gohine Shobdo), falling tree

Mithu died by being struck by a falling "Tree"!! Note from her wiki page: 

Helen Forrest (April 12, 1917 – July 11, 1999) 

I keep seeing the date of April 12th
