• Gisela Mota Ocampo, 33, Mexican politician, Mayor of Temixco (2016), shot.

Another one too young to die.  Note from her wiki page:

• Gisela Raquel Mota Ocampo (13 March 1982 – 2 Jan 2016)
• representing Morelos

Note the place name "Morelos"... a cryptic "more loss", and this excerpt from its wiki page:

• named in honor of José María Morelos y Pavón

• José María Teclo Morelos y Pavón (Sept 30, 1765 – Dec 22, 1815)

So 22 crops up yet again.  Note from my previous post:
