Counter Punch

Continuing from my first post today, we move on from Punch Magazine to "Counterpunch" , the magazine that John Trudell had written for.  From the list of contributors one stood out:
Frank "Chuck" Spinney
My ex-husband's surname is Spinney.   And he has cropped up in recent  posts as well.   As well, his first name is an addition to the "Frank/Truth... " pattern-cluster.   As for his middle name "chuck" my guess is that it points to "wood chucking" and its cryptic meaning as per a recent post. Note from his wiki page:
Franklin C. "Chuck" Spinney (born May 2, 1945) is an American former military analyst for the Pentagon who became famous in the early 1980s for what became known as the "Spinney Report", criticizing what he described as the reckless pursuit of costly complex weapon systems by the Pentagon,
His birthday is an addition to the "Toumai/ 2 May" pattern-cluster.  And again this has cryptic meaning that you can read about by investigating this blog and my earlier Toumai blog.

So I googled "Spinney Report", and nothing came up... what... NO wiki page?!, butt then  second from the bottom of the page that google brought up is  :
Caroll Spinney  - Wikipedia, the free encyclopediahttps://en.wikipedia.org › wiki › Caroll_S...Caroll Edwin Spinney (born December 26, 1933) is an American puppeteer and cartoonist, most famous for playing Big ...
So many things stood out.  The first to grab my attention was the cryptic phrase in his first name re "car roll"; and then his date of birth, given that it's one off from December 25... Christmas Day... and the birthday of our new Prime Minister Justin Trudeau (and his brother).  This was enough for me to read on: an American puppeteer... most famous for playing Big...

WHAT!?  Could it bee the infamous "Big Bird" Sesame Street ?!  So note from Caroll's wiki page:

Caroll Edwin Spinney (born December 26, 1933) famous for playing Big Bird
So there you have it!! This is another of the  inner twin worlds twists and turns.
Now this is so strange, butt when I met my soon to be boyfriend and later husband, the first gift he gave me at Christmas was  a stuffed Big Bird... we were young and I liked stuffed animals, butt this one really didn't look at all like the Sesame Street version, this one looked scary... a furry bright orange mass with big bulging eyes.  I didn't have the heart to tell him that his gift was the ugliest thing I ever saw!!  So big bird moved in and later when my son was born, I had to hide it because he was afraid of it... it seems that my son inherited my artistic eye.  I was glad to have an excuse to bury it in the closet.  Somehow, all of this fits in... butt how, I'm not entirely sure.

Note this next excerpt from Caroll's wiki page:
Spinney first met Jim Henson in 1962 at a puppeteering festival, where Henson asked if he would like to "talk about the Muppets".
Note the cryptic phrase in his surname re "hen son" (or "chicken son")... we  have another addition to the "Bird Theme" pattern-cluster.   Note from Henson's wiki page:
James Maury Henson (September 24, 1936 – May 16, 1990) creator of the Muppets
