Liberal Red Win & Blue Jay Win

Paralleling Canada's Rose-Red Political win is a Big-Blue win: the October 19 Blue Jay's win against the Kansas City Royals.  It stands to reason then that we need to investigate the two teams.
Key players on the Toronto Blue Jays who led the team to winning:

The birthday of Tulowitzki stands out considering the previous posts where the month of  October plays a BIG part.  And then there's Goins birthday bein one off from Valentines Day.  Note the nickname "Tulo"... a cryptic "too low".
