    • Danilo Tartabull Mora (born October 30, 1962)
We have three October 4's.  So going to the October 4 wiki page and investigating only the years having 3 identical numbers at the end, these two stand out:
    • George Washington (February 22, 1732 [O.S. February 11, 1731][Note 1][Note 2] – December 14, 1799)

    • Lucy Tayiah Eads or Cha-me[1] (also known as Chief Lucy[2]) (1888-1961) was elected the first female tribal chief of the Kaw Indians in 1922.
Not from the Kaw Indians wiki page:
    • The tribe known as Kaw have also been known as the "People of the South wind",[2] "People of water", KansaKazaKosa, and Kasa
"People of the water" as per the above excerpt jives when you consider the "too low/go ins" communication of my previous post as stemming from the names: Tulo and Goins.
