Hap Arnold & Sergei Korolev RIIIIP: (Part 2) Ballistic Missiles, the Long and Short

As a followup to my previous post that involves Short Range Ballistic Missiles, note this excerpt from the wiki page of the first Intercontinental ballistic missile
This technology was also predicted by US Army General Hap Arnold, who wrote in 1943:
  • Someday, not too distant, there can come streaking out of somewhere – we won't be able to hear it, it will come so fast – some kind of gadget with an explosive so powerful that one projectile will be able to wipe out completely this city of Washington.[2][3]
Note from General Hap Arrrnold's wiki page:
Henry Harley "Hap" Arnold (June 25, 1886 – January 15, 1950)
His date of death is an addition to the "Targeting Family Birthdays" pattern-clsuter given that both my son and life partner are born on January 15, they are 22 years apart.

Note this next excerpt from the long range ballistic missiles wiki page:
in 1953 when Sergei Korolyov was directed to start development of a true ICBM able to deliver newly developed hydrogen bombs.
Note from Korolyov's wiki page:
Sergei Pavlovich Korolev (12 January [O.S. 30 December 1906] 1907 – 14 January 1966)
We now have a "January 12, __, 14, 15/Date Sequence" pattern-cluster in the works.  A cluster like this isn't unusual, this is a prompt for us to investigate the wiki page of January 13 where the missing person and/or event to bridge the gap will surface.  I will save that for the following post.

In the meantime, and getting back to the first Intercontinental ballistic missilwiki page, there is one other notable person mentioned in the section entitled, External Links:
Note  from the organizations wiki page:
named after World War II military leader and statesman George C. Marshall.
Note from George C. Marshall wiki page:
George Catlett Marshall, Jr. (December 31, 1880 – October 16, 1959)
Note his birthday... the last day of the year.   It means the "end" of something, butt what?!  Perhaps the end of wasteful spending ... and then money diverted to another end: the TUSSH (the Two United Structure System Home) as proposed by the inner twin world.
