Richard Bonehill RIIP: Who is the Doctor For Sight and Heart?

The Deaths in 2015 site lists under February  4 :

Richard Bonehill, 67, British actor and stuntman (Doctor Who, Return of the Jedi)

His surname "Bonehill" is an addition to the "Cryptic Phrase in Names" pattern-cluster... one that jives with recent posts and not to mention that the majority of posts in this blog investigates pattern-clusters surrounding notable deaths.  So note from the wiki page of "Doctor Who":

Note his date of birth-- 9/11!! and the cryptic phrase in the title re  "Forsyte"-- cryptic phrase re "for sight".   And from the Forsyte Saga wiki page:
