Alvin Dark and Jim Storrie RIIIIP: Dark Storey!!

The Deaths in 2014 site lists under November 13:
Combined, their surnames generate a cryptic phrase re "dark story".
Note from the "Leeds United" wiki page:
Under Cloughthe team performed poorly, and after only 44 days[8] he was dismissed.  Brian Clough was replaced by former England captain Jimmy Armfield
Note the twin 44, with twin numbers being a trade mark signature, this is a heads up.  Keep in mind as well that the number 4 on my computer key board shares the same key as the $ dollar sign, and so this is also an addition to the recent "Money Theme" pattern-cluster. Note from their respective wiki pages:
  • Brian Howard Clough  (21 March 1935 – 20 September 2004)
  • James Christopher "JimmyArmfield (born 21 September 1935)
Note from the San Francisco Giants wiki page:
As the New York Giants, they won 14 pennants and 5 World Series championships behind managers such as John McGraw and Bill Terry and players like Christy MathewsonCarl HubbellMel OttBobby Thomson, and Willie Mays
Note from above, the following info regarding Hubbell and Ott:

  • Carl Owen Hubbell (June 22, 1903 – November 21, 1988), nicknamed "The Meal Ticket" and "King Carl",
  •  Melvin Thomas Ott (March 2, 1909 – November 21, 1958),
They both died on the same day, hence generating an "November 21st" pattern-cluster.  Note the following re Bobby Thomson:

Robert Brown "Bobby" Thomson (October 25, 1923 – August 16, 2010)
His birthday is an addition to the "Targeting Family Birthdays" pattern-cluster , given that 3 of my life partners family members were born on October 25th during different years!!! Note this next excerpt:
The Giants began as the second baseball club founded by millionaire tobacconist John B. Day and veteran amateur baseball player Jim Mutrie
Note the following:
 James J. Mutrie (June 13, 1851 – January 24, 1938)
My birthday is June 13!!
