The "Heads or Tails" of Heads of State like Tom Tait

This is a continuation from my previous post.  Since the recent "Mayor/President/Leader" pattern-cluster, and because Anaheim, California has cropped up on following the leads, I decided to locate the current mayor of Anaheim.  I found Tom Tait, which is meaningful in particular because "Tom" in origin means "twin" .   Note this excerpt from Tom's wiki page:
Tait and his wife, Julie, have four children and the pair has resided in Anaheim for 22 years
The twin 22 is another trade mark signature of  the inner twin world.  Note the following etymology regarding the surname Tait:
deriving from the pre 7th century Old Norse word "teitr", meaning glad or cheerful

Seeing the "teitr" in the above, I now see a cryptic element as well: given that it's phonetically similar to French "tete", which means "head" in origin... which could be a reference to the literal head and/or one that references "leader and so the cryptic communication becomes  "a happy head is one that does a mighty duck in the nick of time".   Now one has to ask the question, why wouldn't they have been more clear and given Tom the surname "Head"... or "Tete"... except, if they wanted us to be reminded of something else... and indeed, the name Tait, reminds me of the word "tail"... which now reminds me of coin toss "heads or tails".  It's interesting to note that the "heads" of the coin generally portray leaders ie: Presidents, Royal figures, etc., so once again, we have an addition to the recent "Money" pattern-cluster.

On the Anaheim wiki page I also found a list of notable persons, note the following in regards to the names that stood out and what I found on their respective wiki pages:
Thomas Edward John Jr. (born May 22, 1943)
Robert Lee "Bobby" Hatfield (August 10, 1940 – November 5, 2003)
The first one stood out because his first name means "twin" in origin, and the second stood out due to the "Hatfield" surname and given that "hat" protects the head!!
So do the cryptic math regarding the two birthdates-- May 22nd is one day off from the day of the year where 222 days remain and August 10, 1940 is one day off from the 222nd day of the year.

Of course others stood out, for instance:
Jeffrey Allan Feagles (born March 7, 1966)
March 7th is when the Mayasia boeing 777 disappeared this year... and note the 66... since 6 shares the same key as the ^ "hat/roof/shelter" symbol on my keyboard, this jives along with the "protect the head" theme.  What drew me to him was the "eagles" in his surname ... butt what could the "F" stand for?!  The Letter "F" is the 6ths letter!! Since the eagle represents the US... and an eagle with a distinctive name "bald eagle" that references its head that looks bald butt isn't... just white feathers on it's head instead of the usual dark feathers... hmm, except also the eagles tail... hmmm, "Heads or Tails"?!
