The Deaths in 2014 site lists under September 14:
Note from the wiki page of the film "Crossroads", the following info regarding notable's mentioned, mostly actors, who stand out from the list:
Now we move on to the film "Oh! What a Lovely War". The list of notable persons was quite extensive... approximately 40 individuals, butt I investigated each, finding the following that stands out:
Note these next two excerpts from the last paragraph of the films wiki page:
Angus Lennie, 84, Scottish film (The Great Escape, Oh! What a Lovely War) and television actor (Crossroads, Doctor Who). Two of his films listed above stand out: "Oh! What a Lovely War" because it's an addition to the "Mars/War..." pattern-cluster, and "Crossroads", due to the recent "Cross/t/x" pattern-cluster. Interstingly enough, the poster ad for "Oh! What Lovely War" shows a field full of white "crosses".
Note from the wiki page of the film "Crossroads", the following info regarding notable's mentioned, mostly actors, who stand out from the list:
One of the creators, Ling passed away on the same day/month as Angus Lennie, hence generating a "September 14" pattern-cluster. So, it appears that we're on the right track.
- Peter Ling (27 May 1926 – 14 September 2006)
Actress, Hanson was born on the 33rd day with 332 days remaining hence an addition to the "Off By One" pattern-cluster, as in one off from 33/333.
- Susan Hanson (born 2 February 1943)
Actor, Rigby died on the 223rd day of the year, hence another addition to the "Off By One" pattern-cluster, as in one off from 222 (a particular trademark signature).
- Terence Christopher Rigby (2 January 1937 – 10 August 2008)
Actress, Asher's birthday stands out due to one of the films original run date re: "April 4th", hence generating a "April 4, 5/ Date Sequence" pattern-cluster.
- Jane Asher (born 5 April 1946)
Now we move on to the film "Oh! What a Lovely War". The list of notable persons was quite extensive... approximately 40 individuals, butt I investigated each, finding the following that stands out:
- Sir John Selby Clements (25 April 1910 – 6 April 1988)
- Corin William Redgrave (16 July 1939 – 6 April 2010)
- Meriel Forbes (13 September 1913 – 7 April 2000)

- Norman Jones (16 June 1932[1] – 23 April 2013)
- Paul Daneman (29 October 1925 – 28 April 2001)
As you can see, the month of April crops up 13 times. That's a lot of April's... certainly beats the audds!! Not to mention the "April 4, 5/Date Sequence" pattern-cluster above (as per the film "Crossroads"). As well, there's the April 2nd pattern-cluster mentioned in my previous post.
As per the film "Oh! What a Lovely War": A total of 8 had died, and 5 were born in April; April 6 and April 23 each crop up twice; there's an "April 11, 12, 13/Date Sequence" and a "April 18, 19, 20/ Date Sequence" pattern- cluster as well as a smaller "April 6, 7/ Date Sequence (twice) pattern-cluster.
The April dates in order: 6, 6, 7, 11, 13, 14, 18, 19, 20, 23,23, 25, 28
as well, these other notables listed on the films wiki page are others that stand out:
as well, these other notables listed on the films wiki page are others that stand out:
- Susannah York (9 January 1939– 15 January 2011)
Her date of death is an addition to the "Targeting Family Birthdays" pattern-cluster given that both my son and life partner are born on January 15, they are 22 years apart. Her date of birth is an addition to the "Off By One" pattern-cluster given that it's one off from my stepson's birthday.
- John Peter Gilmore (25 August 1931 – 3 February 2013)
His birthday is an addition to the "Targeting Family birthdays" pattern-cluster given that August 25 is my grand daughters birthday.
- Laurence Kerr Olivier, Baron Olivier (22 May 1907 – 11 July 1989)
- Robert Flemyng (3 January 1912 – 22 May 1995)
We have a "May 22" pattern-cluster... and an "Off By One" pattern-cluster (twice) given that May 23 is the day of the year where 222 days remain.
- John Edward Hawkins (14 September 1910 – 18 July 1973)
His birthday occurred on the same day that Lennie and Ling (see above) passed away, hence adding to the "September 14" pattern-cluster.
- Sir Michael Scudamore Redgrave (20 March 1908 – 21 March 1985) 77
- Sir Ian Holm (born 12 September 1931)
- Derek Newark (8 June 1933—11 August 1998)
- Raymond John "Ray" Hawkey (2 February 1930 – 22 August 2010)
I won't go into why the above 4 stand out, since you can figure them out easy enough.
A small handful of real life figures are portrayed in the film by actors, two of which stand out:
- Edward Grey, 1st Viscount Grey of Fallodon (25 April 1862 – 7 September 1933)
So a 14th notable person related to the film is born in April, generating an "April 25" pattern-cluster.
- Field Marshal John Denton Pinkstone French, 1st Earl of Ypres (28 September 1852 – 22 May 1925)
Note these next two excerpts from the last paragraph of the films wiki page:
- As the Armistice is sounding, Jack is the last one to die.
- The film closes with a long slow pan out that ends in a dizzying aerial view of countless soldiers' graves, as the voices of the dead sing "We'll Never Tell Them" (a parody of the Jerome Kern song "They Didn't Believe Me").
Now note the following excerpts from the Armistice and Jerome Kern wiki pages:
- Armistice Day: for the cessation of hostilities on the Western Front of World War I, which took effect at... the "eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month" (November 11), of 1918.
It ends with a "November 11" pattern-cluster!!!!
- Jerome David Kern (January 27, 1885 – November 11, 1945)
