On perusing back through the Deaths in 2014 site, I noted the following addition under January 25th:
The cryptic reference to "turning" as the inner twin world generated via Morrie Turner's name and Pete Seeger's song involves "cycles" and in particular, the cycle that they have been pointing out for quite some time now, is a cycle that occurs over many thousands of years-- the cycles of our present day Ice Age. At the moment we are in the last stages of an inter glacial episode that is coming to a premature end with the help of global warming. This means that we are soon to be entering the next glacial episode. This is the main reason why the world is experiencing an increase in earthquake activity ... some occurring under water generating Tsunami's, what this equates to is warmer water, faster currents and bigger wind... and eventually, BIG snow during winter months until we are in the full throws of a Glacial Episode.
There is one other "turning" that I would like to bring to the forefront, one that involves the turning of a "new leaf"... one that jives with the recent "Floral" pattern-cluster. In fact "trees" were a big part of this cluster... including just recently, a beech tree, which is meaningful to me personally which you will understand more as you read on.
In the year 2000 I came up with my "Beginning Faerie's"-- a series of books and pewter figures, and like Morrie, I too wanted to incorporate a greater diversity, and so the second in the series called "Fanny Oakleaf Humms!", the little Faerie is dark skinned...with blue eyes. The race combination was a way for me to express that our world of people are a family... we mix and blend ... we have children together. And just important to me, was to make the language of each story non gender specific-- there is no he or she relating to any of my four Faeries. To read more, go to my 2011 Toumai post re: Fanny Awakes!!
The photo that you see at right above, is one of the pages from this book, and I chose this page because of what it says: With this each tree brought forth a branch and turned together a soft new leaf.
In the story you'll discover many diverse trees, including a "beech", each turning over one leaf after another (turn, turn, turn) until a new perfect little nest had been made for the new little faerie, a forest nymph. Even though at the time of writing the stories I wasn't yet aware of my inner twin and the inner twin world, they were totally inspired by them... I know that now in hindsight.
Morrie Turner, 90, American cartoonist (Wee Pals). His name is an addition to the "Cryptic Phrases in Names" pattern-cluster re "more turning"... or in other words, "Turn! Turn! Turn!", as in Pete Seeger's song as mentioned in my earlier post today:
The Deaths in 2014 site lists under January 27:
Note from Morrie Turner's wiki page:
- Pete Seeger, 94, American folk singer and songwriter ("Turn! Turn! Turn!", "If I Had a Hammer", "Where Have All the Flowers Gone?").[6]
Morris "Morrie" Turner (December 11, 1923 – January 25, 2014)Note the etymology of his first name Morris: Latin name which meant "dark skinned".
