Million Dollar Bill: Awesome Bill from Dawsonville

Since we are on a roll with: "October 8",  "William", "Speed/Race Car", "Money" pattern-clusters, note the following that I found on the October 8 wiki page under the section entitled Births:

• 1955 – Bill Elliott, American race car driver

Note from his wiki page:

William Clyde "Bill" Elliott (born October 8, 1955), also known as Awesome Bill from Dawsonville or Million Dollar Bill...

He won the 1988 NASCAR Winston Cup Series Championship and has garnered 44 wins in that series. 

Note the twin 44, and note as well that the number 4 shares the same key on my keyboard as the $$ dollar sign.  Keep in mind as well that the inner twin world designed this keyboard layout with symbols sharing number keys in order to use as a cipher, of course the communication is obvious-- pay and/or cost.  Since the inner twin world played a big part in bringing wealth, they are now looking for it to be put toward the best use... and this doesn't mean race cars ... or any car for that matter, albeit they have played a part in bringing us to this point.
