Heel and Heal : Mark of a Freemann

Some times the inner twin world works in mysterious ways.  Such was the case when my partner and I were out grocery shopping on Saturday.

Stopping for a coffee at the "Trident" Book Store and Cafe in Halifax I wandered through the book shelves, not looking for anything in particular, just waiting for my coffee.  From among the thousands of books on display, my eye gravitated to one... it was just like that.  When I saw the title, I knew that I was expected to buy it: Building Your Own Greenhouse", by Mark Freeman.

Now, looking at the cover of the book, the name Mark Freeman certainly stands out, especially given the "Free Masonry" pattern-cluster that's cropped up in the last couple of days, not to mention the surname "Mann" several times, and in particular "William F. Mann" (a 32 degree Freemason and author).  Note my recent Jan 9th post re   Antonino Roman RIIP: D Mann in Rome.  As well, there has been a "Mark/Marc" pattern-cluster (Mark you calendars and Mark my words) occurring as of late.
So I decided to see if I could find information about Mark Freeman.  I wasn't able to find a bio on him however, another Mark Freeman had cropped up, an actor.  Note the following:
Mark Freeman is known for his work on Heels (2010), Complex (2005) and First Sight(2006).
There's something about each of the film titles that Mark acted in that strikes me as being from the
inner twin world.  Heel has cropped up before... not that long ago, butt I didn't follow up... and there's the fact that heel is phonetically identical to heal ... and since the inner twin world have a propensity for influencing and generating pattern-clusters in these type of words (ie : to, tou, two, too), and because my previous post(s) communicate "sick one", healing seems to jive.  Of course book "Building Your Own Green House" factors in no doubt, because after all, one aspect of the TUSSH (proposed new home of the inner twin world, is a greenhouse... literally.

 I'm also reminded of Achilles heel... and the use of the word in reference to a big jerk.  As to the film  that Mark Freeman acted in, Heels is about a young man who is out of work and so takes a job as a drag queen, so the inference is likely "High Heels" which drag Queens are notorious for wearing.

Personally, I don't like high heels, I think they are demeaning to women... who otherwise can't run very fast in them, and forces them to wobble... which according to wiki :
In modern society, high-heeled shoes are a part of women's fashion, perhaps more as a sexual prop. High-heels force the body to tilt, emphasizing the buttocks and breasts, highlights of a woman's sexuality. They also emphasize the role of feet in sexuality, and the act of putting on stockings or high-heels is often seen as an erotic act.[10]
I remind you that predators tend to hunt weak prey and since men have a track record as "Hunter", this can be an explanation as to why this fashion took off.   Women "fashion" themselves in such a way to make themselves appear "weak" so as to not outshine men who would tend to feel insecure if women were too strong and so move on to find more suitable mate (or should I say "prey").  Women don't even know that they are playing into the hands of Mother Nature.  It's part of a survival
mechanism: in our hunter/gatherer past, women who appear weaker and more vulnerable sends a signal to her mate that he needs to stay close at hand to guard his property (yes as in : his investment) from others (man or beast) who would tend to stalk and harm if he wasn't around  And of course women who were successful at keeping her mate closer to home-- guarding her (his investment), then their children would also be protected as a benefit, which pleases her own Mother Nature bestowed sensibilities.  Hence a number of predominant "weaker sex" traits permeating our population... and we still play the game... except for Amazons ;-)(-;

Now that men (at least some) have become more altruistic (another trait that grew) from being part of the nuclear family, do women really need to rely on things like high heels?!  In fact if women want to be healthier, they need to rid themselves of the high heel as they did with the horrific bone corset!!   Note the following from http://www.express.co.uk/news/health/404851/Why-high-heels-are-bad-for-your-health:
“Killer heels are the ultimate in power dressing and women often wear them to look more attractive to men. However, the higher the heel, the more they tilt your body forward and the more you have to lean back. This can put your pelvis out of alignment and cause compression of the spine
If men really cared about the health of the women they profess to love, women wouldn't feel so much pressure to wear high heels designed to keep men interested in her.  AND, my big beef... or should I say "pork", is that as long as women are so preoccupied with outer beauty, they tend to spend less time cultivating their inner beauty... their brains... brains that are equal to and in some cases better than that of men... generally speaking that is.

Now here's the catch... the inner twin world can change all of that on the turn of a heel!! All they have to do is turn off the inner switch that they have allotted in favour of man (generally speaking) in our patriarchal outer twin world, and turn on the inner switch in favour of a new Matriarchal outer twin world.  Which is essentially what they are doing, butt not in that manner so much as to influence men and women of our outer world to lean (heel) toward the concerns of the inner twin matriarchal world.

 There's a reason for the "heal" in health and then again why "heal" and "heal" are phonetically identical.
