His surname is an addition to the "Phrases in Names" pattern-cluster ... as in the "Far lane", and speaking of "lane" note the title of my earlier post today re: Layne Redmond RIIP: Red Mound and Grateful Dead

We now have a "Lane/Layne" pattern-cluster in the works.   When I think of someone as being in the "far lane" this usually means they are in the "passing lane".  Note the etymology re http://surnames.behindthename.com/name/mac00pharlain:

Means "son of Parlan". Parlan most likely comes from the given name Partholon meaning "spirit of the waves".

My name is Ocean... which waves are an important part of... many waves one ocean!!

What stood out was the "XX",  note my Toumai post dated January 28, 2011 entitled, The "XX" Fender Bender Trail!!.  Note the following from Kanjuro's wiki page:

His occupation as bow maker is an addition to the "Bow/Bough/Yumi" pattern-cluster.  Note as well where he died... Boulder is an addition to the "Rock/Stone/Peter/Boulder" pattern-cluster.

Yumi (弓^?) is the Japanese termfor bows, The yumi is exceptionally tall, standing over two meters, and surpassing the height of the archer (ite, 射手). They are traditionally made by laminatingbamboo, wood and leather,

His surname is an addition to the "John/Jack/Joanne/Johansen..." pattern-cluster.   Note the following from his wiki page:

Nigel Davenport RIIP: "T" is for "Tommy/Twin"

The Deaths in 2013 lists under October 25th:

Nigel Davenport, 85, English actor (Chariots of Fire, Howard's Way).

The surname Daventport stood out given an earlier post concerning another Davenport, note my earlier post today re note this excerpt from my October 2, 2012 post entitled, Dirk Bach and Sahara Davenport Synchro-Deaths RIIP :

This addition to the "Neil/Neal/Neale/Kneel..." pattern-cluster is enough to warrant further investigation.  Note the following from his wiki page:

As for his birthdate re May 23rd, note the following from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/May_23:

Now we have an addition to the "222/May 23/Identical Number Sequence" pattern-cluster.  Keep in mind that multiples of 2's are a particular inner twin calling card/ signature trademark.  Obviously, Nigel's inner twin and/or the inner twin world had influenced his "timely" death, and just like the many others posted on this blog, they serve as the inner twin world's means of "coming out" and "communicating" to us at this point in time.

January 16th is an addition to the "Off By One" pattern-cluster, as in one off from January 15th-- the birthday of both my son and partner.   And the same goes for Stacey Nelkin, her birthday being an addition to the same cluster... as in one off from 9/11.

The other film that grabbed my attention that Nigel Davenport was involved in was "Peeping Tom"... given that Tom which means "twin" in origin, which like 222, is a particular inner twin trade mark signature.  As well, the poster ad for the film ... with the eye peeping through the key hole is an addition to the recent "Eye/I/i" pattern-cluster.   Note the following from the films wiki page:

As to Moira, we now have a "January 15, 16 and 17 Sequence" pattern-cluster.   As to Anna, note the following re August 11:

The 223rd day of the year is an addition to the "Off By One" pattern-cluster... as in one off from the 222nd day of they year.   As for Martin, his date of death is an addition to the "Off By One" pattern-cluster... as in one off from August 25th, my grand daughters birthday.

Most definitely his name stands out-- an addition to the recent "Dark/Black/Bleak/...Stark..." pattern-cluster.  And note the etymology of his first name re http://www.behindthename.com/name/graham:

His birthday falls one day before my daughters, hence an addition to the "Off By One" pattern-cluster.  I don't like the that the inner twin world are still communicating that we are "one off"... given that it's an indication that we haven't arrived to where they want us to bee... and so notable "timely" deaths will continue.  Note the following excerpt from the film "Alfie" wiki page:

First of all, note the twin 66 in the year (equivalent to ^^, symbol for the TUSSH- the new Two United Structure System Home as introduced in earlier posts to both this and my Toumai Blog).  The name Michael Caine has grabbed my attention as well, given that it's an addition to the "Reed/Read/Reid/Cane/Kane/Caine" and the "Michael/Michell..." pattern-clusters.  Note the following from Caines wiki page:

The first thing that stands out is the Poster Ad's art-  Michael Caine's head serving as the dot of the "i" in "Alfie"... hence this is an addition to the recent "i/eye" pattern-cluster.  Again we also have twin 33 in the year... twin numbers cropping up tend to be inner twin leads indicating that we are on the right track and adding to the communication, with number 3 being equivalent to the # symbol which in turn deciphers as meaning "weave/build" (as in the TUSSH).  What strikes me even more, is his
birth name re "Micklewhite" given that it's likely an addition to the "Phrases in Name's" pattern-
cluster.  White reminds me of  Christmas and snow and so an addition to the "Northman/Christmas/Noel/White..." pattern-cluster.  Now all we need to know is what "Mickle" means, note the following etymology:

So now we get the sense of "BIG white"... or "Big Snow" , hence an addition to the recent "Big/Glacial Episode/IceAge" pattern-cluster.  This communication builds on the previous post re : advise of protection against a nemesis.  They are obviously being more specific as to what the nemesis is : the next glacial event that we are soon to enter ... after all we are still in an iceage, albeit an interglacial phase... a phase that is due to end soon.

Another person starring in Alfie stands out: Shelley Winters, obviously due to her last name, note the following from Shelley's wiki page: 

Shelley Winters (August 18, 1920 – January 14, 2006)

Her day of death is one off from the birthday of both my partner and son who were  oth born on January 15... 22 years apart.  This is a way for the inner twin world to communicate that we are off track... that we are one off from disaster if we do not begin preparing by redesigning the very homes we live in ... creating a home somewhat like the TUSSH, that they , the inner twin world continually propose.  

Layne Redmond RIIP: Red Mound and Grateful Dead

The Deaths in 2013 site lists under October 28 :

• Layne Redmond, 61, American drummer and author.^[23]

What immediately stands out is the surname due to it being an addition to the "Red October/Red..." pattern-cluster thats occurred throughout October. The origin of his first name is as it sounds--"lane"... path.  What comes to mind is "Red Man" or "Red Mound", however note the etymology:

Obviously, Layne's inner twin and/or the inner twin world had influenced  their conjoined deaths-- occurring in a "timely" manner in order to broaden their communication.  It appears then, that they are saying "counsel protection"... with counsel being a way to say "advice".  They are advising that we need protection.  Since the inner twin world often communicates in multifaceted way, it's important to examine the etymology, and so when keying in "mond" to the etymology dictionary's search box, the following words crop up: Monday, mound, mouth and moon.  Keep in mind that "mono" means "one"... and Monday is the first day of our week.  So I get the broadened communication re: "advise of protection against one dark day where otherwise things could turn bloody (red)".  Keep in mind that our world is also their world... they have a vested interest in making sure that we are well protected against the danger that they see that we're oblivious to ... at least at the moment.  Keep in mind as well, that the inner twin world are influencing "timely" deaths and accidents to occur as a means of "coming out" and "communicating" to us at this point in time and also keep in mind that in the process they sacrifice a life from their own world.  So whatever the danger is, you can be sure that it's great enough that they would go through such extremes to grab our attention... they are desperate, this is the only way that they can be sure to reach us in time.  Essentially, they need our full cooperation, without which, they could never effectively combat the approaching nemesis, so in that sense, their first nemesis is us.... how to turn us.

Whenever a timely death occurs there is generally more to the communication and so it's essential to look for other possible leads,  This takes us to Layne's wiki page where I then noted the following:

The February 2000 issue of Drum! listed Redmond as one of the 53 Heavyweight Drummers Who Made A Difference in the 1990s, where she is ranked among such musicians as Tony Williams, Roy Haynes, Zakir Hussain, Elvin Jones and Mickey Hart. 

From the list of names presented in the above excerpt, Mickey Hart stands out the most because it's an addition to both the "Mickey/Small..." and the very recent "Hart/Heart/Middle..." pattern-clusters.   So note the following from Mickey Hart's wiki page :

Mickey Hart (born Michael Steven Hartman; September 11, 1943) is an Americanpercussionist and musicologist. He is best known as one of the two drummers of the rock band the Grateful Dead

His birthday is an addition to the "9/11; Significant Dates" pattern-cluster.   Note as well, the band that he played in ... the Grateful Dead.  The inner twin world's way of putting an emphasis on the real situation, that our outer twin world will one day be grateful for the sacrifice... as will the dead in the end, because as explained in earlier posts, the inner twin world believe that it is up to us -- up to the future generations to "create heaven"... to one day bring back the dead.  This isn't to discount God/Goddess, butt only indicates that this is how God/Goddess/Nature works-- through life... through us (we are all in the process of becoming "God/Goddess" just as a child in the womb is in the process of becoming".

The Honourable Justice Presiding re (Chambers

To the Honourable Justice presiding,

Pertaining to this Appeal which to date includes Chambers Hearing dated August 1, 2013 (Justice Bryson presiding), Chambers Hearing dated October 10, 2013 (Justice Fichaud Presiding), I wish to add to my my submissions and in particular my October 8, 2013 letter addressed to Justice Bryson, which was then sent to Justice Fichaud as he was the new Judge assigned.

In my October 8, 2013 written submission, I explained the seriousness of my great dilemma and as well, I gave the evidence in support of this. If I were to breakdown the issues that my Appeal addresses and choose to make an amendment to address only one main issue--pertaining to the bias of Associate Chief Justice Deborah K. Smith, a bias that is solely based on her past work experience in affiliation with those working within the Insurance Industry (whom she has profited from as I'm sure many have either directly or indirectly), than no transcripts are necessary, only the evidence-- new evidence coming forward.

I site for example, Justice Hugo Lafayette Black who was nominated to the Supreme Court by President Franklin D. Roosevelt. Justice Black served as an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States up to 1971, and he was also anti Catholic and a Klu Klux Klan member (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hugo_L._Black). Even though Justice Black had resigned from the KKK, it still remains that given his background, it would be unethical and wholly against the Civil Rights and Freedoms of a Democracy such as the United States to expect that a person of colour and/or a Catholic to feel 'safe' in coming before this judge, and if such a person were to bring forward the evidence that clearly indicates Justice Black's bias, then he should be allowed to do so without transcripts and based wholly on the evidence.

I am in a similar position as the above theoretical Person of Colour/Catholic coming before Justice Black. My present situation involving injustices within the legal/judicial/insurance system have essentially the same effect. Evidence exists revealing that many law firms, including firms representing persons such as “motor vehicle accident victims”, are reliant on a 'good rapport' with Insurers. If a lawyer/law firm bucks the system which favours the insurer, the firm can be made to pay. As an example: Insurance companies can apply their extensive wealth to manipulate the system in such a way that it takes years (my vehicle accident occurred 13 years ago!!) to get through the system... hence forcing the hand of the motor vehicle accident victims who often end up settling for much less than what they deserve or in cases such as mine, end up with nothing ... except 'maybe' the small bit of safety offered from being within the Court system and so under the public eye... which I no longer have confidence in.

I have considered to amend my Appeal so that it reflects the above-- simply base my Appeal on new evidence, but I am simply too afraid to do so. I personally can't see a way forward while being held under this gun. I can only express myself and that is all... that is all that I've been doing for 13 years.

With having said the above, part of this “gun” involves what I refer to as the inner twin world. As I explained earlier, evidence via the Genetic findings of Tetragametic Chimera Humans and the evidence as found on my blog, occurred near simultaneously for the simple reason being that they had planned it this way. Evidence exists to prove that the motor vehicle accident of 2000 that Mr. Sullivan and I were involved in was not an accident but was perpetrated by our inner twin working in collaboration together and with the inner twin world. I have since come to realize (from the evidence-- the inner twin world communication), that there is far more than what meets the eye in our world. It is evident to me now that if the inner twin world wants to come out in full force they could easily do so. It is evident then that they choose not to. In the same breath if they wanted to, they could easily bring to the public attention the injustices within the system that I speak of , but again, they choose not to. I have to give this consideration, because if they don't me to go forward with the evidence, then who am I to argue... I fear my inner twin and the inner twin world more than anyone else.

This is why I cannot move forward in regards to my case and my Appeal, at least at not this point in time. I reiterate, because of the evidence (inner twin communication) as my blog reveals, it is not safe for me to proceed with my Appeal (and therefore my case) at this time. For the same reason, I will not be attending the hearing set for October 31, 2013 at 10 a.m.

A copy of this is emailed to Ms. Mitchell counsel for Economical Insurance. Mr. Sullivan does not have an email and so for this reason he has not received a copy. I would like to mention at this time, that Mr. Sullivan (self represented defendant) has acted in a threatening manner toward my partner, while we attempted to serve him with court stamped documents. My partner who has faithful attended the great majority of Court Hearings up until the said event with Mr. Sullivan, refuses to be present any longer in regards to this endeavour where even my loved ones are intimidated for having dared to support me.

Denis Foley, Phyllis Foley, Tom Foley RIIIIIIP: The Folly of Foley

The name Foley is nott that common, so for two notable persons with the surname "Foley" to be listed on the Deaths in 2013 site only 8 days apart, stands out.  Note, recently added to the site under October 26th is:

Denis Foley, 79, Irish politician, Teachta Dála (1981−1989, 1992−2002), Senator(1989−1992)

On October 18th, notable politician "Tom Foley", had passed away and so was added to the list.   Because "Tom" means "twin" in origin, this was enough for me to suspect his death as being "timely"-- meaning that it was influenced by his inner twin and/or the inner twin world as part of their strategy to "come out" and "communicate" to us at this point in time. Essentially what I'm saying is that these two deaths are not accidents, but were purposely brought about.  This requires a little explanation for those who have just ventured to this blog for the first time:

Due to modern Scientific capabilities, Geneticists have recently discovered the existence of "Tetragametic Chimera Humans", in other words -- an twin that was absorbed in our bodies during the early stage of gestation... an "inner twin".   This discovery enables us to now realize a particular shocking aspect concerning what we refer to as the subconscious mind -- that it's not "ours" as we have long perceived it to be, but belongs to our inner twin.  In the same respect, the "collective unconscious" is no longer a mystery either-- these unusual events occur as a result of inner twin's collaborating together via their profound ability to influence our thoughts and actions without our being in the least bit aware ... until now that is, and only as they reveal these subtle interactions via the means by which they communicate to us-- by generating "pattern-clusters".   

This blog involves research around the inner twin worlds pattern-clusters generated as a result of "timely" notable deaths... such as Denis and Tom Foley.  Recently as well, three notable persons with the surname "Hightower" had passed away within a few weeks.  The inner twin world are not only using the pattern clusters to come out, but to communicate in a cryptic manner via the meaning behind names (to list but one example).   Even on October 18th, Tom Foley stood out enough to warrant a post: Tom Foley RIIP: One Off 66^^!!.

The death of Tom Foley began a "Pirates/Foley/Marine Marauders..." pattern-cluster, note the following posts so far during over the last couple of weeks that involve pirates:

Because the inner twin world has targeted me (as part of their plan), they are also generating events in my immediate surroundings.  Note for instance the following article (see photo at right) that I just happened to read in the October 28th Halifax Chronicle Herald. 

On October 25th, Elaine Foley from Halifax had just passed away?!  Not only that note her birthday-- October 26th... she died just one day before her birthday.  Keep in mind that October 25th is meaningful to begin with since my life partner has three family members who were born on October 25th!!  I find this very, very disturbing. 

On going to Denis Foley's wiki page, I note the following: 

He retained his seat through three general elections until his defeat at the 1989 general election^[1] to party rival Tom McEllistrim 

Of course we have another addition to the "Tom/Twin" pattern-cluster... which is another lead as well, so note the following from Tom McEllistrim's wiki page:

Thomas "Tom" McEllistrim (15 January 1926 – 25 February 2000) was an Irish Fianna Fáil politician.

Note his birthday, January 15th is the birthday of both my son and my life partner (over 20 years), who are 22 years apart.  So what are the chances.  The inner twin world has targeted my life long before I was even aware of it.  In other words, my inner twin and the inner twin of my partner brought us together... not only that, the inner twin world are able to influence births to occur on specific days that enables them to then organize the scenario where the dates converge and pattern-clusters occur.    

Code Red, the Green Lyon and 9/11

Sniffing along the "Red October" pattern-cluster theme, I decided to google "Code Red", a tv series by the name cropped up re http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Code_Red_(TV_series), note the following excerpts :

His first name is an addition to the "Leo/Lion/Lyon..." pattern-cluster ... well I was wondering where the lions are?!   Note as well his middle name "Himan"... and addition to the recent "Hightowers/Tall/Big/Hi-man" pattern-cluster.  Most of all note his date of death, 9/11.

The series ran until September 12th hence an addition to the "Off By One" pattern-cluster as in one off from 9/11!!

Finally there's Irwin Allen, note the following from his wiki page:

Irwin Allen (June 12, 1916 – November 2, 1991)

My birthday is June 13 and so June 12th falls into the  "Off By One" pattern-cluster.

Andries Maseko and Noel Davern RIIP: Green Christmas in Red October

The Deaths in 2013 site lists under October 26 and 27 respectively:

• Andries Maseko, 58, South African footballer
• Noel Davern, 67, Irish politician, Teachta Dála (1969−1981, 1987−2007), Member of the European Parliament (1979−1984), Minister for Education (1991−1992)

They don't appear to have much in common until you go to their wiki pages: 

• Andries "Six Mabone" Maseko (25 December 1955 – 26 October 2013)^[1]
• (Michael Christopher) Noel Davern (24 December 1945 – 27 October 2013)

They celebrate their birthdays one day apart and they died one day apart... and these are definitely addition to the "Christmas/Christmas Eve..." pattern-cluster theme.  

Ike Skeleton RIIP: Yike!! a Red Skeleton!!

The Deaths in 2013 site lists under October 29th:

Ike Skelton, 81, American politician, member of the House of Representatives from Missouri (1977–2011)

His surname can be added to the recent "Halloween/Frankenstein/...Skeleton..." pattern-cluster.  What's more is his first name is very much like the expression so we have an addition to the cryptic "Phrases in Names" pattern-cluster re "YIKE... a skeleton!!"

Since the beginning of October we've also been on a "Red October/Red..." pattern-cluster and so what now comes to mind is "Red Skelton".  Note the following from his wiki page:

The phrase was such a part of national culture at the time, when General Doolittle conducted the bombing of Tokyo in 1942, many newspapers used the phrase, "Doolittle Dood It" as a headline.^[22][23][24]

Now THAT is in keeping with the inner twin way of dooding things!!  I'm reminded now of Dr. Dolittle... as in the movie I loved so much as a child...  walk with animals... talk with the animals... don't mind me while I meander a bit in the past.  As a matter of fact, Dr. Dolittle's son passed away nott that long ago... well I mean Rex Harrison... who acted the part of Dr. Dolittle.  Note this excerpt from my October 22nd post re  Noel Harrison RIIP: Hungry "i" vs Hungry "eye":
