I recollect having seen and posted about this image before in my Earlier Toumai Blog, note the following posts that include images of the High Priestess/Popess and Isis... the resemblence is uncanny... nott to mention the similarity between the name "Isley" (as per part 5, the actress who pointed the way to the "High Priestess"... to "Pope Joan" and now to "Isis")
