Pandit Panigrahi RIIP and Liu Fuzhi RIIP: the Case of Many i's

On perusing back through the Deaths in 2013 list I noted the following  additions to  the August 25th list:

It occurred to me that there's been a high number of people lately whose surname ends with the letter "i".  Note for instance the surnames in the following post titles since August 27th:
These are all recently deceased notable persons listed on the Deaths in 2013 site.  Note the following excerpt from Panigraphi's wiki page re http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raghunath_Panigrahi:
Pandit Raghunath Panigrahi (10 August 1932 – 25 August 2013)
Note the following regarding his birth date:
August 10 - is the 222nd day of the year (223rd in leap years) in the Gregorian calendar.
Since 1932 was a leap year, he was born on the 223 day of the year, which falls into the "Off By One" pattern-cluster... as in one off from 222.   It's interesting to note as well that his name Pandit Panigraphi is another addition to the "Alliteration" pattern-cluster.

At Pandit's wiki page, I noted that his wife's name included a link to her personal wiki page, so I clicked on it and discovered the following:
Sanjukta Panigrahi (24 August, 1944 – 24 June, 1997) [1]
So Pandit died one day after his wife's birthday.

August 25th is particularly meaningful to me since its my Grandaughter's birthday and there has been quite a focus in recent previous posts concerning this date as well as August 24th and 26th, so I have my senses peeled for anything that may crop up on this day that gives a further clue as to what the inner twin world are trying to convey.

In regards to Liu Fuzhi, note the following from his wiki page:
Liu Fuzhi (March 1917 – 25 August 2013) was a politician of the People's Republic of China. He served as the Procurator-General of the Supreme People's ProcuratorateMinister of Public Security and Minister of Justice.
That he served as the Minister of Public Security and the Minister of Justice definitely stands out.  The problem with Nova Scotia is that there is no Justice to protect the Public Security.  That's my Tou sense worth.
