My previous post reveals that a forewarning of the Elbow and Bow Rivers floods had been given. Although the immediate danger appears to be over for the city of Calgary where 100,000 people were evacuated, nott so for the citizens of Medicine Hat just 295 km down river. The power of the subconscious mind... aka our inner twins and their parallel world, is not something to take lightly. Their greater knowledge enables them to be aware of dangers in our surroundings, butt the question is, how do they communicate and how do we listen.
My previous post (and most others) reveal that our inner twins are choosing to communicate to us in an open fashion. By secretly influencing our thoughts an actions they are "coming out" and "communicating" to us in this cryptic fashion. Note the following titles and dates of my previous posts:

The inner twin world have drawn attention to a danger that they were aware of, a danger that we in our "outer world" were oblivious to. Not only that, the evidence reveals that they were fully aware that this event would take place and started making provisions around it. Essentially, they used this secret knowledge as a means by which they can communicate at the same time as being able to gain our confidence. In order to do this, they influenced all of the events that have cropped up in this blog ie: the "Frank/Franny" pattern-cluster, Fanny Burny's big "bow" hat, and right down to the position of her "elbow" in the portrait.

What strikes me with this photo are the position of the feathers... like the ears of a hare ... reminding me of one of the most significant pattern-clusters posted about in both my Toumai and Pronoiasecretes blog: the "Hare/Harry/Hair/Heir" pattern-cluster.
The reason why the inner twin world have organized their coming out at this particular time is because both our worlds are faced with a particularly "harry" situation that we need to deal in order to protect our heirs... aka the future of our conjoined worlds.
The South Saskatchewn River is expected to crest Monday and city officials are projecting flow levels as high as 6,000 cubic metres per second in the early morning.When deciphering the cryptic forewarning further, you can see that the forewarning not only included the Elbow and Bow Rivers, butt Medicine Hat as well.

The mandate of my Pronoia Secret blog is to record certain deaths of notable persons-- given that some of these deaths occur in a timely manner... in other words, they were planned by the inner twin world in order to "come out" and "communicate" to us today. I simply follow the "inner twin leads" surrounding the particular death. In the list of three posts above, the first one involved the death of Billy Williams (William Williams), and as you can see, his "twin" name is a giveaway-- the inner twin world had influenced this design. From the Germanic name Willahelm, which was composed of the elements wil "will, desire" and helm "helmet, protection".Note the etymology of the word "helm":

Now with this in mind, consider that one of the areas now in immediate danger from the Alberta flooding is the city of MEDICINE HAT... which when you think of it, the medicine hat is a form of protection, note the following from the Medicine Hat wiki page re http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Medicine_Hat:
The name "Medicine Hat" is the English translation of 'Saamis' (SA-MUS) – the Blackfoot word for the eagle tail feather headdress worn by medicine men – or 'Medicine Hat'.In the above excerpt, consider the part where it states that the medicine hat is an "eagle tail feather headress", and then consider my June 6th post title:
Note the play with words in the title re: Philadephia Eagle being modified to Kwiladephia Eagle... or... in other words "quill of an eagle"... eagle feather. This modification came about as a result of following the inner twin world's lead on the death of Will Wynn... note the name "William" which of course you now know is a type of "Hat"(helmet protection)... one designed to "wynn/winn/win"... this is another part of the cryptic communication-- a type of helmet protection that wins!!

Finally, note the use of the word "balsam" in the above etymology re "smear":
Balsam is a term used for various pleasantly scented plant products, and the plants which produce them. Balsams are oily or gummy oleoresins,On having followed the various leads pertaining to the death of Billy Williams, a "medicinal" plant had cropped up. So do the cryptic math-- we have a reference to "Big Hat"; we have Fanny Burny's big hat that consists of a big "BOW" (hence a cryptic reference to the "Bow river"), and there's the more specific reference to a "protective Hat", to an "eagle feather", and to "medicine"... all of which brings us to the city of "Medicine Hat" (a cryptic "big protective hat") . Now consider that these had cropped up several days before the flooding began on June 21st in Alberta.

So the word "quill" cropped up on May 6th and June 6th (note June 6 is 6/6/13). The double/twin 6/6 is a further inner twin clue/communication. The number 6 happens to share the same key on my computer keyboard as the ^ roof symbol... also referred to as the "hat" symbol, hence reiterating a type of hat/head protection... which is exactly what a roof does-- protects our heads.
