Too Short, Blow the Whistle Lil' Jon

Due to the earlier April 28 pattern cluster, I decided to go to Wikipedia's information page, where I noted "Too Short" under the list of notable births on this day.  Too Short certain falls into the "Little" pattern-cluster that has been predominant as of late.  Note the following wiki excerpt http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Too_Short:
Todd Anthony Shaw (born April 28, 1966),[1][2] better known by the stage name Too Short (stylized as Too $hort), is an American rapperproducer, and actor. He is best known for his hit songs like "The Ghetto" and "Blow the Whistle" along with being one of the pioneer rappers of West Coast hip hop.[3][1][2]
Note the song above re: Blow the Whistle.  Considering yesterdays post Bryan Forbes RIIP, Dallas Willard RIIP and a Drunkin Angry Dwarf, note this excerpt:
Whistle down the Wind is by far more meaningful-- having that inner twin "feel", especially considering theWhistle/Wind alliteration that falls into the "Alliteration" pattern-cluster category thats cropped up recently... which reminds me, Peter Piper had cropped up in the cluster and he is renown for his whistling wind instrument!!
Note this excerpt from Blow the Whistle wiki page:
It is produced by Lil' Jon.
