Note the following taken from the Deaths in 2013 site under April 4th:
Tommy Tycho, 84, Hungarian-born Australian composer, arranger and orchestra conductor.[2]The etymology of the name Tommy comes from Thomas which in origin means "Twin" re http://www.behindthename.com/name/thomas. For this reason I generally do some follow up, looking for any indication of the inner twin world having a hand in his death.
Note the etymology of the name Tycho re http://www.behindthename.com/name/tycho:
From the Greek name Τυχων (Tychon) meaning "hitting the mark".It would seem that his death hits the mark.
