That a notable individual with the surname "Bookhammer" would pass away considering my last few posts, some of which involve a myriad of "hammers" in the form of names/words. Note the following excerpt from Eugene Bookhammer's wiki page (Here).
Eugene Bookhammer (June 14, 1918 – February 23, 2013) was an American politician who served as the 18th Lieutenant Governor of Delaware,as a Republican, from January 21, 1969 until January 18, 1977.There are several pattern-clusters noted in the above. For one his birthday, June 14, falls into the "Off By One "pattern-cluster category when taking into consideration that my birthday falls on June 13. Note the other date January 21, that also happens to be my daughters birthday, and January 18th is my brother Johns birthday. Audd that the etymology of hammer is "stone"
hammer (n.) Old English hamor "hammer," from Proto-Germanic *hamaraz (cf. Old Saxon hamur, Middle Dutch, Dutch hamer, Old High German hamar, German Hammer. The Old Norse cognate hamarr meant "stone, crag" (it's common in English place names), and suggests an original sense of "tool with a stone head," from PIE *akmen "stone, sharp stone used as a tool" (cf. Old Church Slavonic kamy, Russian kameni "stone"), from root *ak- "sharp" (see acme)
